Service Scope

Cycle Savvy provides general bicycle servicing and repairs at its workshop in Hong Kong. Any service description is general in nature, and the actual scope depends on the bicycle condition, component compatibility, and the findings of inspection.

Fees and Payment

Scope / use / administration

Prices are not final until the bicycle has been inspected and the scope has been confirmed. Where a deposit is requested for a larger repair or overhaul, the amount and any related conditions will be explained before work begins. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.

Estimates and Completion

Payments / cancellation / timing

Any estimated turnaround or collection time is an estimate only and may change if parts are unavailable, additional work is identified, or the condition of the bicycle differs from the initial assessment. We do not guarantee same-day repair unless it has been specifically confirmed for the appointment.
